이용약관

1. 서비스 이용

Orion Pilot은 콘텐츠 작성·검토·일정 관리와 SNS 연결을 지원합니다. 화면에 표시된 제공 상태와 연결 권한에 따라 사용할 수 있는 기능이 달라집니다. SNS 게시 기능의 이용에는 해당 플랫폼이 요구하는 계정 유형과 권한 승인이 필요합니다.

2. 계정과 접근 권한

자신이 관리할 권한이 있는 계정과 작업공간만 연결하고, 로그인 정보를 안전하게 관리해 주세요. 다른 사람의 계정을 무단으로 사용하거나 서비스의 접근 통제를 우회할 수 없습니다.

3. 콘텐츠와 승인

사용자가 제공한 콘텐츠의 권리는 사용자 또는 원래 권리자에게 있습니다. 서비스 제공을 위해 해당 콘텐츠를 저장·처리하고, 사용자가 요청하고 승인한 경우 선택한 SNS에 전달합니다. 이미지·문구의 이용 권한, 사실의 정확성, 개인정보 공개 동의와 게시 대상은 사용자가 확인해야 합니다. AI 초안도 게시 전에 검토해야 합니다.

4. 예약과 외부 플랫폼

일정 저장은 실제 게시 성공을 뜻하지 않습니다. 게시 결과와 오류 상태를 확인해 주세요. 권한 철회, 계정 제한, 공급자 장애나 정책 변경으로 연결·게시가 중단될 수 있습니다. 플랫폼이 다시 동의를 요구하면 계정 소유자의 재연결이 필요할 수 있습니다.

5. 허용되지 않는 사용

불법 콘텐츠, 권리 침해, 기만, 스팸 또는 외부 플랫폼 정책을 위반하는 용도로 사용할 수 없습니다. 보안이나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 사용은 제한할 수 있습니다.

6. 개인정보와 문의

정보 처리와 삭제는 개인정보처리방침 및 데이터 삭제 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 서비스 관련 문의는 admin@bluecakefactory.com으로 보내 주세요. 이 약관은 적용 법령에 따라 보장되는 사용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

Terms of Use

1. Using the service

Orion Pilot supports content creation, review, planning and social account connections. Feature availability depends on the status shown in the service and granted permissions. Social publishing requires the account type and permissions required by the relevant platform.

2. Accounts and access

Connect only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to manage and protect your sign-in credentials. You may not use another person’s account without authorization or bypass service access controls.

3. Content and approval

You or the original rights holder retain ownership of the content you provide. To deliver the service, we store and process that content and send it to selected social networks when you request and authorize that action. You are responsible for checking content rights, factual accuracy, consent to disclose personal information and the intended destination. Review AI drafts before publishing.

4. Schedules and external platforms

A saved schedule does not confirm successful publication. Check delivery results and errors. Revoked permissions, account restrictions, provider outages and policy changes may interrupt connections or publishing. Account owners may need to reconnect when a platform requires renewed consent.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, deception, spam or violations of social platform policies. Use that harms security or the rights of others may be restricted.
