Orion에서 SNS 연결 해제

  1. Orion에 로그인하고 SNS 계정 화면을 엽니다.
  2. 작업공간 소유자 권한으로 해제할 계정을 선택하여 연결을 해제합니다.
  3. 해당 연결의 저장 토큰을 삭제하고 대기 중인 관련 게시 작업을 취소합니다. 계정 이름·식별 정보와 작업 기록, 작성한 콘텐츠는 이 동작만으로 모두 삭제되지 않습니다.

SNS에서 권한 철회 또는 데이터 삭제

Facebook·Instagram·Threads의 연결된 앱 관리 화면에서 Orion Pilot (Instagram에서는 Orion Pilot-IG)을 찾아 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다. 플랫폼이 데이터 삭제 요청 기능을 제공하면 해당 기능으로 삭제를 요청할 수도 있습니다.

Meta에서 유효하게 서명된 삭제 요청이 도착하면 관련 SNS의 저장 토큰, 계정 식별자·표시 이름·허용 권한과 연결 인증 데이터를 제거합니다. 게시 기록에 남은 공급자 게시 ID와 URL도 제거합니다. 처리 상태는 플랫폼에 반환하는 확인 링크에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 내부 작업 식별자·시각, 최소한의 삭제 확인·재처리 방지 기록과 직접 작성한 콘텐츠는 남습니다.

계정·작업공간 및 추가 정보 삭제 요청

admin@bluecakefactory.com으로 제목을 “Orion Pilot 데이터 삭제 요청”으로 하여 보내 주세요. Orion 가입 이메일, 삭제할 작업공간 또는 SNS 계정, 삭제를 원하는 정보의 범위를 적어 주세요. 작업공간 전체 삭제는 다른 구성원에게도 영향을 줄 수 있어 소유 권한과 요청 범위를 확인한 후 처리합니다. 이 이메일을 보내는 것만으로 즉시 삭제가 완료되는 것은 아닙니다.

비밀번호, 2단계 인증 코드 또는 액세스 토큰은 보내지 마세요. Orion에서 데이터를 삭제해도 SNS에 이미 게시된 글은 자동으로 지워지지 않으며 해당 SNS에서 관리해야 합니다.

Disconnect a social account in Orion

  1. Sign in to Orion and open Social accounts.
  2. As the workspace owner, select the account and disconnect it.
  3. We delete the stored token and cancel related pending publishing jobs. This action alone does not erase all account names, identifiers, activity records or content you created.

Revoke access or request deletion through a social network

Find Orion Pilot (Orion Pilot-IG on Instagram) in the connected-app settings of Facebook, Instagram or Threads to revoke access. Where the platform offers a data deletion request, you can also use that option.

When Meta sends a valid signed deletion request, we remove the affected social account’s stored tokens, account identifiers, display details, granted permissions and connection authorization data. Provider post IDs and URLs in publishing records are also removed. The confirmation link returned to the platform shows the request’s processing status. Internal activity identifiers and timestamps, minimal records for deletion confirmation and duplicate-request protection, and content you created remain separately.

Request account, workspace or other data deletion

Email admin@bluecakefactory.com with the subject “Orion Pilot data deletion”. Include your Orion sign-in email, the relevant workspace or social account and the scope of your request. Because workspace deletion can affect other members, we verify your authority and the requested scope before processing. Sending an email does not mean deletion is complete immediately.

Do not send passwords, verification codes or access tokens. Removing data from Orion does not delete content already published on a social network; manage that content on the network itself.
