Questions for your next home

It is natural to have questions when you are looking at a first home. There is no need to fill an unknown with a confident-sounding guess.

‘What was observed here?’
‘What can’t this photograph tell us?’
‘What follow-up is needed?’

Keep those questions in a note. Separate what has been established from what remains open, and prepare for the next conversation.

What would you ask first in your next consultation? Start with the question, without sharing private information.
